Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

UK - 2-3 working days

Ireland/Ni - 4-5 working days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as carrier delays or customs).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
